Mr. Xu WEN is the founding
partner of Guangzhou Scihead Patent Agent Co., Ltd. As a famous
intellectual property lawyer in China and a patent attorney for
18 years, he is awarded a National Outstanding Specialist by the
State Council. Mr. Xu WEN received
his Bachelor Degree on Medicine in 1982 from Zhongshan University
and his Master Degree on Intellectual Property in 1991 from Beijing
University. He also received a series of training courses in the
field of Intellectual Property in USA, South-East Asia, Hongkong
etc. Up to now Mr. Xu WEN has written
5 books on Intellectual Property protection. He is also the vice-president
